Case Study
Hector's Magic Carpet
Top 3 in the map pack.
Six cities. Four months.
A second business under the Hector brand, this time covering carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning across the Atlanta metro. We split it out from the bathroom remodelling brand, gave it its own site, and replicated the SEO playbook that worked the first time, with even faster results.

The Problem
A second business stuck in the shadow of the first
Hector already had a successful bathroom remodelling brand, but the carpet cleaning side of the business was buried inside the same site. Customers landed expecting one thing and saw another, the SEO message was muddled, and Google had no clear signal about what either brand actually did.
The carpet work was steady but invisible online. Without its own home, it was leaving bookings on the table every single week.
What We Did
Split the brand, replicate the playbook
We span the carpet cleaning business into its own dedicated brand and website. Then we rolled out the same local SEO playbook that had worked for the remodelling business, this time tuned for multi-location, multi-city service.
City-specific service pages for the Atlanta metro, a clean Google Business Profile, and the same review velocity tactics ported over from the sister brand.
Services Delivered
Everything needed to stand the brand on its own
Custom Website Design
A purpose-built site for the carpet brand, fast, mobile-first, and focused on bookings.
Local SEO
On-page SEO, schema and citations targeting carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning intents.
Multi-Location Pages
City-by-city service pages built for every key suburb in the Atlanta metro.
Google Business Profile
Profile rebuild, photo strategy and a review velocity engine ported from the sister brand.
The Outcome
Bookings doubled, both brands now winning
Step 1
Brand split
Carpet cleaning moved off the remodelling site onto its own dedicated home, with its own messaging, photos and conversion paths.
Step 2
SEO playbook replicated
Same on-page, schema, GBP and review tactics that ranked the remodelling brand, this time tuned for multi-city service intent.
Step 3
Top 3 in 6 cities
Within 4 months the brand was ranking in the top 3 of the Google map pack across 6 different cities, and bookings had doubled vs the old setup.
Client Testimonial
"Splitting the brands was the right call. Both businesses are growing now instead of cannibalising each other. The carpet side is fully booked weeks out and the remodelling side hasn't slowed down at all."Hector, Owner, Hector's Magic Carpet
